For more than 21 years, I have helped buyers, sellers, homeowners, and investors navigate the South Florida real estate market with clarity and confidence. My role goes far beyond showing properties or placing a home on the market. I help clients understand their options, anticipate potential obstacles, and create a strategy that supports both their real estate objectives and the realities of their lives.

Before beginning my real estate career, I worked with BellSouth Advertising & Publishing and later served as a business advisor in BellSouth International’s acquisition operations. That experience strengthened my abilities in negotiation, due diligence, market analysis, and complex decision-making—disciplines I now apply to every real estate transaction.
Having lived in Miami-Dade County for most of my life, I offer local knowledge that cannot be learned from market statistics alone. I understand the communities, market cycles, changing regulations, insurance concerns, financing challenges, and neighborhood-level factors that can influence a property’s value and a client’s decision.
My approach is consultative, honest, and never based on pressure. I explain the possibilities, identify the risks, and provide straightforward recommendations—even when the best strategy is to wait, renegotiate, or walk away.
